Klezmer is the Jewish blues (the term derives from a Yiddish word meaning “to play”) and Mostly Kosher fuses Klezmer with jazz, Latin, rock, hip-hop and folk. They’ve performed their high-energy shows at Disney California Adventure, Ford Amphitheatre, Skirball Cultural Center, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and elsewhere.
