SEATING FOR THIS EVENT

About Seating For This Event
Seating will be in socially distanced circles, six feet apart, to accommodate parties of up to two, four, or six. There will be lawn seating (please bring your own blankets), but there will primarily be circles designated for people who bring chairs. Guests are responsible for bringing their own chairs and blankets (although there will be a limited number of chairs available to rent if needed), and it is highly recommended you bring chairs for chair-allowed seating. All chair-allowed circles can also accommodate wheelchairs (we highly recommend they be able to lock). Click here to rent a chair from us.

There are three 2-person, blanket-only circles, sixteen 2-person, chair-allowed circles, four 4-person, blanket-only circles, twenty-three 4-person, chair-allowed circles, two 6-person, blanket-only circles, and three 6-person, chair-allowed circles (51 circles total), as well as 10 individual seats. The maximum number of people who can attend each of the 19 shows is 186.
Choosing Your Circle (TICKET SALES OPEN NOW)
This event is assigned-seating (or in this case, assigned-circle) only, and we are only selling circles in their entirety and not seats per individual. As there are limited numbers of each type of circle, we recommend that you purchase your preferred type of circle in advance. Please keep in mind when purchasing to choose a circle based on your preferred type of seating (chairs will only be allowed in chair-allowed circles), and that you are responsible for bringing your own blankets or chairs. The number of people in each party must be within the stated capacity of their purchased circle, including children (with the exception of babies in carriers).
Prices are based on the number of people each circle can accommodate -- there is no price difference between circles that are blanket-only or chair-allowed. Please keep in mind that prices are set as listed, there are no senior, youth, or group discounts for this event.
Online ticket sales for each performance close 2 hours before each respective performance. Walkup sales will be available for any shows not already sold out. Please contact our Box Office at 636.355.4318 for any questions about making a reservation.

In the event that you need to exchange or cancel your reservation, please see our policies about exchanging/refunding.

HOW TO GET TO YOUR CIRCLE ON SHOW DAY
Arrival

There is ample free street parking near the park (street parking is allowed until 2 am), a small free parking lot on the North side of (behind) the Playhouse (this lot closes at midnight, please be sure to move your vehicle if you plan on staying in the area after that time), and a larger parking lot South of the Playhouse (this lot also closes at midnight). Please be sure to follow all street signage regarding parking, and keep in mind that U-turns are illegal (and a ticketable offense) on Sierra Madre Blvd. The parking spaces in front of the park on Sierra Madre Blvd will be used for curbside drop-off and pickup.

Getting to Your Circle
There are four seating sections, each named to reflect their respective entrance gates. We hope this will allow everyone to get to their assigned circles as quickly and safely as possible. Your circle’s section will indicate which entrance-only gate you will be checking in at and entering through. You will need to give the name the reservation is under to get in and everyone will receive a bracelet (which will allow for re-entry if you need to exit the venue). Everyone in your party should be present before entering, although exceptions will be made for patrons who need assistance getting seated. Each circle has their own individual, unique number -- please ensure you only enter and sit in your assigned circle. Exchanging or switching seating circles while in the seating area on the day of your show, even if they are of the same type, is not permitted.
The four entrance gates -- Northwest, North, Northeast, and Southeast -- are entrance-only during the duration of the show. To exit the seating area during the show if need be, please use the Southwest Gate (this gate is an exit-only gate). To re-enter the seating area, you may enter through any of the entrance gates except for the North Gate to return to your assigned circle. At the beginning of intermission and after the show ends, the Northwest, Northeast, and Southeast gates will also be available to exit from (please follow instructions given during the event).
