Expect music that keeps moving from one world to another. Bridge to Everywhere, a transcultural ensemble from Los Angeles, teams up with Indian violinist Indradeep Ghosh for a program that moves from a devotional raga called Bhairavi to a rolling Bengali boatmen's song. A raga is the melodic framework at the heart of Indian classical music.

The program is a Hindustani string quartet, a style built on the classical tradition of North India and played on strings. It's chamber music with a lot of the world in it. If shows like this are your kind of night, a membership gives you access to the Playhouse all year.
