Expect drums, dance, physical comedy, and a few moments that make you laugh out loud, all made from things you’d never think to play.

Drumatix makes live shows where the beat comes from drums, bodies, movement, technology, and everyday objects. The work is visual and playful, with audience moments that pull you into the rhythm. It’s built for all ages, so it works for a first night out or a family evening.

The company started in Boston in 2017 with a simple idea: rhythm can come from anywhere. Founder Noa Barankin began with tap, body percussion, and found objects. Today, resident performers in Los Angeles, San Diego, and New England create shows for theaters and schools across the country.
