Theater for Young Audiences

Our Theater for Young Audiences program provides high-quality, professional theater experiences for schools and families. There is power in live theater, and we believe everyone should have the chance to experience it, no matter their age!

Since 2014, we have provided high-quality, standards-based curriculum from our stage, reaching 10,000 students in and around San Gabriel Valley. We hope to launch a touring program in hopes of reaching even more kids.

We are a proud partner organization of Pasadena Unified School District's Open Stage program. In 2022, we brought 800+ Pasadena United School District sixth-graders to Sierra Madre Playhouse to enjoy special performances of the wondrous Silent Sky.

We hope to launch our previously postponed TYA production of In the Garden of the Selfish Giant in the near future.
