Experience the sublime artistry of celebrated vocalist Samarth Nagarkar, joined by exceptional musicians Neelamjit Dhillon on tabla and Chris Votek on cello. Samarth Nagarkar, a virtuoso of the Khayal tradition, blends the nuanced styles of the Gwalior, Agra, and Jaipur gharanas, creating meditative and emotive performances that captivate audiences worldwide. Trained by legendary gurus Ulhas Kashalkar and Dinkar Kaikini, Samarth’s mastery has been showcased at iconic venues, including Lincoln Center and the Chicago World Music Festival. Beyond his performances, he is an acclaimed educator, author of Raga Sangeet, and co-founder of Brooklyn Raga Massive, embodying the evolving legacy of raga music.


Joining him is Neelamjit Dhillon, a tabla virtuoso whose artistry bridges Indian classical traditions and American jazz. A long-time student of Ustad Zakir Hussain, Neelamjit has performed at prestigious venues worldwide and worked on acclaimed projects such as Mira, Royal Detective.


On cello, Chris Votek brings a unique perspective, blending Hindustani raga with Western classical traditions. A student of Dr. N. Rajam, Chris has collaborated with leading artists and ensembles, earning recognition for his innovative intercultural work.
